Delivery & Returns

We deliver across the UK. Every order is tracked, and orders placed before 2pm on weekdays leave the warehouse the same day.

Delivery options and prices

You choose the option at checkout, where the exact price for your order is shown. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and islands can take a day or two longer.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we send you an email with the courier and your tracking number. Can’t find it? Email us at [email protected] with your order number.

UK only

We currently deliver within the UK only. Ordering from Europe? Our sister brand Sens delivers cricket snacks, cricket flour and whole insects across the EU at eatsens.com.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return unopened packs within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back and we’ll tell you where to send it. For hygiene reasons we can’t take back opened food.

Something arrived damaged, is missing or isn’t what you ordered? Email us with your order number (and a photo if it’s damaged) and we’ll send a replacement or refund you.
