Mealworm, Parmesan & Chive Omelette
01 whisks eggs
02 heat butter in frying pan, until bubbling
03 add beaten eggs and fry until sides are crispy
04 add parmesan, mealworms, chives, salt and pepper until cheese is melted
05 fold and plate
06 sprinkle with chives and serve
- 3 eggs
- 30g parmesan
- pinch sea salt
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 10g butter
- 1 tbsp mealworms
- 1 tbsp fresh chives

Our favourite thing about this dish is it’s so simple and very quick. So making healthier choices with a busy schedule even easier. We think this is a dish for two, but hey who’s judging? You can eat the whole lot, completely guilt free. Or keep some for lunch the next day.
